We focus on small commercial spaces up to about 8,000 square feet, small law, accounting, insurance, real estate, and medical or dental offices, plus salons and studios. We are not built for large warehouse or big box accounts, which means small offices get our full attention.
How often do you come?+
Most clients book a recurring schedule of 2 to 3 times per week, and we can also do weekly or daily depending on your foot traffic. If you don't need recurring service, we also do one time commercial deep cleans and once a year annual cleans. You keep the same crew and the same schedule each week.
Do you offer one time or annual cleans, or high dusting?+
Yes. Besides recurring service we handle one time commercial deep cleans (great for a move in, post construction cleanup, or a seasonal reset), annual deep cleans, and high dusting of vents, light fixtures, ceiling corners, and high ledges. Ask for any of these on your estimate.
What is included in a standard visit?+
Trash and recycling removal with liner replacement, restroom sanitation and restocking, vacuuming and mopping of common areas, kitchen and breakroom wipe down, dusting and glass cleaning, and disinfection of high touch surfaces like door handles and light switches.
Do you clean after hours?+
Yes. Most offices prefer after hours or before open cleaning so it never interrupts clients or staff. We work around your schedule.
